The shop was originally founded by ex-international cyclist Bill Nickson Snr. Bill had an exceptional Cycling career with notable achievements including

In 2006, the shop was taken over by Bill Jnr, who has also represented Great Britain at Elite level road racing and has experience in many bike riding/racing disciplines.
